About Me
Hi, I’m Monica Ousley—wife, mom, Granna, and a semi-retired educator who still loves teaching part-time. At 56, I’m embracing a new season that beautifully blends experience, purpose, and joy.
I recently became an Avon Ambassador, and it feels like coming home. Avon has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My beloved Nanny sold Avon from 1955 to 2015—an incredible 60 years. As a child, I helped her sort, bag, and deliver products to customers who felt more like family. Avon wasn’t just a business—it was a way of life built on product knowledge, service, and genuine relationships.
Today, the world looks different. You can shop anytime, anywhere, right from your phone or computer. But what hasn’t changed—and never will—is the heart behind it all. Building relationships, earning trust, and helping women feel confident and cared for remains my top priority.
